Information Technology University (ITU) invites applications from qualified, energetic, and self-motivated candidates for semester-long engagements as Visiting/Senior Visiting/Adjunct Faculty. These multiple positions are available for the Fall 2025 semester, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and leading academic institution in Lahore.

Available Departments

Faculty positions are open across the following departments:

• Faculty of Sciences
• Faculty of Engineering
• Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences
• Faculty of Business & Management Sciences

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

For Visiting/Adjunct Faculty:

• Must possess a PhD or Master’s degree (First Class) or an equivalent degree in the relevant field from an institution or a university recognized by HEC.
• Relevant teaching/professional experience will be preferred.

For Senior Visiting Faculty:

• Must possess a PhD or Master’s degree (First Class) or an equivalent degree in the relevant field from an institution or a university recognized by HEC.
• A minimum of 20 or more years of teaching/professional experience is required.
