Job Role: Visiting Faculty in Physics

We are currently seeking highly competent and committed individuals to join our Department of Physics as Visiting Faculty. This role is offered on a contract basis for the Academic Year 2025-26. As a Visiting Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, developing course materials, conducting examinations, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the department. We are looking for passionate educators who can inspire students and maintain high academic standards.

The selected candidates will be engaged as per the requirements of the Physics department and are expected to possess excellent communication and pedagogical skills.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as notified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for university faculty positions. Generally, this requires a Master's (M.Phil/MS) or PhD degree in Physics or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates should possess strong academic records and demonstrated teaching abilities. Candidates possessing the necessary teaching skills will be considered for selection as Visiting Teachers/Instructors and will be added to the university's faculty pool. The Women University Multan reserves the right to withdraw any offer or refuse any candidate without providing a reason. All faculty positions will be filled strictly based on the requirements of the Physics department. Selected candidates will be compensated according to the university's policy, with applicable taxes deducted at the source.
