Job Overview

Punjab Tianjin University of Technology, Lahore is a Public Sector Technology University established by the Government of the Punjab. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for visiting faculty positions in various subjects and fields for the three-year Diploma Program offered at Raiwind Road Campus and the four-year degree program offered at Township Campus. Hiring will be made purely on a temporary basis.

Required Qualifications and Disciplines

For DAE Programs:
Disciplines include Electronics Technology, Civil Technology, Electrical Technology, Physics, Management, Mathematics, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Mechanical Technology.
Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree or equivalent (16 Years) in the relevant field.

For Undergraduate Programs:
Disciplines include Mathematics, Islamic Studies, English, Physics, Economics, Civic and Community Engagement/ Professional Ethics/Sociology, Accounting, Finance, Management Science, Marketing, Statistics, Software Engineering Technology, Computer Programming, Database Systems, Software Requirements and Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Modeling Technologies, Computer Networking Technologies, Software Project Management, Information Security, Object Oriented Programming, and Fashion Design Technology.
Minimum Qualification: MS/M.Phil (18 Years) in the relevant field.

Salary and Terms

Visiting faculty will be hired on monthly remuneration, subject to tax, of Rs. 60,000/- (having 16 years education) and Rs. 75,000/- (having 18 years education) for at least 12 lectures or more workload per week. In case the workload is less than 12 lectures per week, remuneration will be paid at the approved rates per lecture of the University. Preference shall be given to applicants having higher qualification.
