Organization Overview

The Office of the Director General/Administrator, Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority (PHOTA), Lahore, invites applications from eligible candidates having domicile of Punjab province for appointment against the following posts on a contract basis for a period of five (05) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Pay Package: 75,000/- Per month (lump sum)
Age Limit: 20-35 Years

Qualification and Experience

Minimum 16 years qualification from any recognized institute with at least 1 year experience in vigilance field in public sector department/organization.
OR
Bachelor's Degree from any recognized institution with 03 years' experience in vigilance field.
Preference will be given to the candidate, having Degree in IT/CS and relevant experience in Government's Health Sector.

Terms and Conditions

Appointment will be made according to the Contract Policy-2004 & Recruitment Policy-2022 Government of the Punjab. Educational degrees and experience certificates will be verified. Government servants should submit their applications through the proper channel. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/Test. No TA/DA will be allowed. Age relaxation has already been included. Applicants who previously applied must reapply with complete documents. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in offices of PHOTA across Punjab.

Application Process

Applicants must submit their applications on the prescribed proforma, downloadable from phota.punjab.gov.pk, to the (Dairy Section at the) Office of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore. Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of the following mandatory documents:

• Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• All education Degree/Diploma/Certificates
• Provisional Certificate / Result Card(s)
• All the experience Certificates till the date of applying
• National Identity Card
• Domicile
• 3-Fresh passport size-colored photographs
• If the applicant has foreign degree must attach HEC equivalence certificate.
• Non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1,500/- (for serial numbers 1 to 13 only) in favor of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, Lahore.

Applicants must clearly mention they are applying for the Head Office. Separate applications, complete documents, and bank drafts are required for each Gazetted post and each office.
The last date of submission of applications is 15th May 2025 latest by 5pm. After that any Daak/Courier Service / by hand application will not be accepted. In case of any query please contact Assistant Director HR, PHOTA 042-99206047.
