To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:- Master's Degree / M.Phil / PhD from an HEC-recognized university.
- Must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in HSSC and 70% marks in BS/MS.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/educational management experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the APSACS system.
- Strong leadership, communication, academic planning, and school management skills.
- Sound knowledge of modern teaching-learning practices, assessment, curriculum implementation, and teacher professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate teachers and students.
