Job Overview

IBA Public School Sukkur, under the management of Sukkur IBA University, invites applications for the position of Vice Principal for its Evening Shift. This is a key leadership role focused on managing the evening operations of the school, ensuring academic standards, and fostering a positive learning environment. The position is based in Sukkur.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor's or Master's degree (Minimum 16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
• B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a K-12 educational institution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must possess a domicile of Sindh province.
• The age limit for applicants is 20-55 years.
• Completion of the required degree is mandatory.

Application Guidelines

Eligible candidates can apply through the online application portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk. A candidate can only apply for one position. After completing the online application, candidates must download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only). This non-refundable fee can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL app. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1-Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1 Bill-linked bank. Government servants should apply through the proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for further tests/interviews. Test dates and venues will be communicated via SMS and the SIBA Testing Service (STS) website. Updates, admit slips, results, and other information will be available on the STS website/portal.
