The working hours for this role are from 6 PM to 2 AM. We are seeking professionals who have strong expertise in construction estimation and takeoff specifically for U.S. projects.

Key Requirements & Skills

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of U.S. construction estimation and takeoff experience.
Proficiency in specialized software including PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera P6.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications effectively.
