Job Overview

The Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening) is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Unit Head / Team Lead MTU (01 Position). This role is part of the 'Population, Monitoring & Results Tracking Unit (MTU)' subcomponent under the capacity building project. The initial contract is for a period of two years, extendable based on performance and project continuation.

Qualification and Eligibility

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION:

Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Finance, Public Health, or any related field.
Strong written communication in English.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 12 years of experience out of which at least 5-7 years are in development planning at a senior position.
Health/Population sectors experience will be preferred.
Prior experience working with the government, delivery unit, international organization, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience engaging development partners and donors at a senior level will be preferred.
