Job Overview

The Provincial Security Unit (PSU), Home Department, Government of Sindh, is hiring a Training Specialist. This contractual role, based in Karachi, is for two years and extendable. The specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs related to security and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include:

• Designing and developing training materials, programs, and modules.
• Delivering effective training sessions to relevant personnel.
• Conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements.

• Familiarity with the operations of private security companies is required.
• Previous experience working with international organizations will be considered a valuable asset.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university in Business Administration, Management, Education, Public Policy, or a relevant field.
Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training materials, programs, or modules.
• Familiarity with the operational aspects of private security companies.
• Experience working with international organizations is desirable.
