Eligibility Criteria for Trainee Engineer

Prospective candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in one of the following engineering disciplines: Metallurgy/Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. A strong academic record is essential, requiring a minimum CGPA of 2.7 out of 4.0. Key Job Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

As a Trainee Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical engineering tasks. These include conducting Metallurgical/Mechanical Testing to ensure material integrity and performance, performing Failure Analysis/NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) to identify and resolve material defects, and engaging in Reverse Engineering of Parts/Components. You will also be involved in FE Modelling & Simulations, contributing to advanced design and analysis, and developing essential Technical Report Writing skills.
