Program Overview

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint candidates with the following qualifications in the organization on a one-year training program. This Trainee Program for 2025 offers a chance to develop skills and gain experience in a professional environment.

Trainee Engineers - Qualifications

Minimum 16 years of education from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial and Manufacturing/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering or relevant disciplines.

General Instructions

• Foreign degree holders need to furnish equivalency certificate from HEC prior to selection.
• Maximum 25 years of age is required as of last date of submission of application.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to think critically, act innovatively and be solution oriented.
• All shortlisting and selection shall be based on merit only, use of any means to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
• One-year training assignment does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on the Company to offer regular employment to trainees on completion.
• All selections will be based on merit after an assessment test. Any attempt to influence the recruitment process by any means will lead to the disqualification of the candidate. Any misrepresentation by the applicant will result in their disqualification or immediate removal from the company's services.
