About the Job

As part of our continued business growth and expanding global trade network, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Operations professional to strengthen our growing operations function. Join us as we continue to grow, expand our international footprint, and build a high-performing trade operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and Export operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle correspondence with suppliers, customers, and financial institutions regarding Letters of Credit (LCs), shipping documents, and trade-related transactions.
• Review, verify, and proofread trade documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, vessel owners, brokers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth cargo movements.
• Liaise with port service providers, including draft surveyors, inspection agencies, stevedores, and other operational stakeholders.
• Manage import and Export documentation processes and maintain effective working relationships with banking partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of trade transactions.
• Support external and internal audit requirements and maintain compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

Requirements

• Banking and Trade Operations experience is mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in Karachi are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and LC procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and analytical reporting.
