The office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, B.S. Link Division, Lahore, has announced temporary/seasonal vacancies for Baildar on a work-charge basis. This recruitment is for the fiscal year 2025-26 to support the maintenance and operation of the B.S. Link Canal, specifically in the Rajwal Upper Sub-division. The role is physically demanding and crucial for the upkeep of the canal system.Eligibility Criteria
Candidates wishing to apply for the position of Temporary Baildar must meet the following requirements:- Education: Must be literate (able to read and write).
- Age Limit: Between 22 and 35 years.
- Physical Standards: Must be healthy with a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches and a chest measurement of at least 33 inches.
- Skills: Must be a proficient swimmer and runner.
Terms of Employment
The position is purely temporary and seasonal, offered on a work-charge basis for a period exceeding 70 days. The appointment does not confer any right to permanent employment. Salary will be paid according to the Schedule of Wages of the Government of Punjab. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.How to Apply
