Departments Offering Positions

Teaching Assistant roles are available in the following faculties:

• Faculty of Sciences
• Faculty of Engineering
• Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences
• Faculty of Business & Management Sciences

Eligibility Criteria

General Candidates:

• Must have a Master’s Degree or an equivalent degree awarded after sixteen years of education, or an equivalent recognized degree from an institution or a University recognized by HEC.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.

For Currently Enrolled ITU Students:

• Must be a regular student in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program at ITU.
• Must have a CGPA of at least 3.00 or above.
