System/Network Penetration Tester

Project Goal

This position contributes to the 'Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan, Phase-I' project, an initiative by the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunications to secure Pakistan's digital assets.

Job Description

The System/Network Penetration Tester (PPS-07) will be responsible for conducting authorized penetration tests on government systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities. Duties include planning tests, executing various attack scenarios, analyzing findings, and reporting vulnerabilities with remediation recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• Scale: PPS-07
• Number of Posts: 1 (Merit)
• Age Limit: 35 Years
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants.
• Qualification & Experience: For specific qualifications, certifications (like OSCP, CEH), job description, and experience details, visit the National Job Portal (www.njp.gov.pk).
• Contract Information: The role is offered on a contract basis, potentially extendable till project completion based on performance evaluation.
• NOC for Govt. Employees: Required at the time of interview if currently serving in a government department.
