System and Network Specialist

Job Overview

The Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT) is seeking a highly skilled System and Network Specialist to manage and optimize its critical IT infrastructure. This role is fundamental for ensuring seamless connectivity, data security, and efficient operation of all network and system components that support the hospital's extensive medical services. The specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems, contributing directly to the reliable delivery of patient care within a 1500-bedded tertiary healthcare teaching organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of three (03) years of experience in system and network administration is required. Essential hands-on expertise includes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and routing protocols. Candidates must also have excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, and backup technologies. Certifications in Networking and Microsoft technologies will be considered an added advantage, demonstrating advanced proficiency and specialized skills in these areas.
