Organization Overview

The Urban Sector Planning & Management Services Unit (The Urban Unit), under the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, focuses on developing sustainable urban solutions. They are seeking professionals for project-based positions to assist governments in making urban areas functional, attractive, and sustainable.

Role Summary

As a Survey Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing field survey teams and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data collection for various urban development projects across Punjab. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities (Illustrative)

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of survey teams in assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to survey methodologies and protocols.
• Monitor data collection processes for quality and accuracy.
• Train and guide survey staff.
• Compile and report survey progress and findings.
• Liaise with field staff and project management.

Qualifications (General Requirements)
