In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete import procurement cycle from Purchase Order issuance to the final delivery of imported goods. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete import procurement cycle from Purchase Order issuance to final delivery of imported goods.


• Prepare comparative statements, Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Registers, and ERP entries for import procurement cases.


• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm technical specifications, negotiate incoterms, and ensure timely order execution.


• Prepare and maintain import tracking sheets, shipment status reports, and procurement summaries using MS Excel and the ERP system.

Experience, Qualification, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.


• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in import operations, international procurement, or supply chain management.


• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.


• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
