The Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, operating under the Government of the Punjab, Specialized Health Care & Medical Education Department, is seeking applications for the contract-based position of Store Keeper. Eligibility and Education Requirements

Candidates interested in the Store Keeper position must have successfully passed their Matriculation examination from a recognized Board. A key requirement for this role is a minimum of three years of practical experience in handling store operations within a relevant field. This experience should demonstrate a clear understanding of inventory management, stock control, and general storekeeping practices. All applicants must hold a domicile certificate for the Province of Punjab.

Age Limit and Concessions

The age limit for applicants for the Store Keeper position is 18 to 25 years. However, in line with the Government of the Punjab, S&GAD Notifications & Recruitment policy, 2022, provisions for age relaxation will be applied. This includes a 10-year age relaxation for female candidates and a 7-year relaxation for male candidates, allowing a broader range of eligible individuals to apply for this position.

The application package must also include two attested passport-size photographs (to be affixed to the back of the application), and attested copies of all educational and professional certificates. The complete application must be delivered to the office of the Project Management Unit (PMU), Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Lahore, either by hand or through postal services. The strict deadline for application submission is September 15, 2025, during regular office hours. Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must submit their applications through the appropriate channel, attaching a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments. It is mandatory to clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the front of the envelope to ensure accurate processing.

Selection Procedure and General Instructions

Applications that are incomplete or received after the stipulated closing date will not be entertained. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test and subsequent interview. Please note that no Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in any test or interview. The final decision made by the Selection Committee will be conclusive and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
