Opportunity Overview

The Specialized Health and Medical Education Department (SHC&MED), Government of the Punjab, is inviting qualified and dedicated staff nurses to register for deployment on a locum basis. These positions are available in various teaching and tertiary care hospitals throughout Punjab. This registration drive aims to support the healthcare system by providing skilled nursing professionals where needed.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for registration, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: BS Nursing (4-Year) or Post RN from a nursing institution recognized by Pakistan.
• Professional Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC).
• Experience: A minimum of 1-year of practical experience.
• Current Employment: Only nurses currently working in non-government institutions are eligible to apply for this locum registration.

Interested and eligible staff nurses are required to register online through the University of Health Sciences (UHS) portal.
