Position Overview

Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT) Karachi has vacancies for Staff Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a contract basis.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) and meet one of the following criteria:

Diploma in Nursing.
OR, 3 years BScN with Post-RN Diploma in ICU.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an ICU setting.

General Information

The domicile for this position is Sindh. The maximum age limit is 40 years. This is a contract appointment for two years, extendable. Government employees should apply through their respective departments. Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. No TA/DA is provided for the interview. Salary will be as per the approved pay scale. The number of posts may be subject to change by the institute.
