Project Background

This vacancy is part of a donor-funded initiative focused on enhancing the capacity and services of Nutrition Stabilization Centres (NSC's) within selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Candidates with a domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are encouraged to apply.

Role Description

The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in providing nursing care and support within the Nutrition Stabilization Centres. Responsibilities will align with standard nursing practices, particularly focusing on patients requiring nutritional support. The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• BS Nursing (4 Years) from an HEC/Govt. recognized Institute
• OR Diploma in Nursing (2-Years) from an HEC/Govt. recognized Institute
• OR Diploma in LHV from an HEC/Govt. recognized Institute

Job Locations

Opportunities are available in the following districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Chitral, Hangu, Karak, DIKhan, Khyber, Kohat, Mardan, Shangla, Bannu, Buner, Swabi, Swat, Dir Upper, Charsadda, and Battagram.

Terms & Conditions

• Employment is strictly on a contract basis with fixed remuneration, subject to fund availability from the donor agency for any potential renewal.
• The role is part of a short-term project, is non-transferrable, and operates under specific Terms of Reference (ToRs).
• No entitlement to pension, gratuity, or claims for service regularization/extension exists.
• Only candidates who are shortlisted will be invited for a Test/Interview.
• Travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) for attending the Test/Interview are not admissible.
• Preference is given to applicants domiciled in the specified districts or adjacent areas.
