Company Overview

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) provides essential policy, technical, and strategic support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), guiding the development and regulation of Pakistan's power sector.

Role Summary

PPMC is hiring a Specialist (Policy) to contribute to the formulation, analysis, and evaluation of policies related to the power sector. This role involves research, stakeholder consultation, and drafting policy documents to support the strategic objectives of PPMC and the government.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Energy Systems) from an HEC-accredited institution, or a Bachelor's in Public Policy or any other relevant degree from a recognized university.
The candidate must have 05 years of experience in a reputable national / multinational organization.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 40 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy. The selected candidates will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience.
