Role Summary

The Social Mobilizer plays a key role in engaging with communities, raising awareness about Urban Unit projects, facilitating participation, and gathering feedback. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration between the project team and local residents.

Key Responsibilities (Illustrative)

• Conduct community meetings and awareness sessions.
• Mobilize community members for participation in project activities.
• Facilitate communication between the community and the project team.
• Assist in identifying community needs and priorities related to the project.
• Support data collection and surveys through community liaison.
• Prepare reports on mobilization activities and community feedback.

Qualifications (General Requirements)

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, Social Work) is typically preferred.
