Job Overview

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Senior Manager Roads & Highways (Design). This full-time role is based in Lahore, Punjab. The ideal candidate will manage complex road and highway design projects, ensuring high standards of engineering and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee roads and highway geometric design, pavement design, traffic engineering, and preparation of engineering design drawings.
• Lead the preparation of BOQ, estimates, specifications, and tender documents.
• Provide senior/team lead guidance in large engineering consultancy and infrastructure development projects.
• Coordinate with public sector organizations and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university. PEC registered. Master's Degree in Transportation/Highway Engineering will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in roads & highway and highway geometric design, pavement design, traffic engineering, preparation of engineering design drawings, BOQ, estimates, specifications, and tender documents. At least 04 years should be in a senior/team lead role.
