Organization Overview

Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) is seeking suitable candidates having domiciled and required qualifications for recruitment on a one-year contract basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance. These positions offer a lump sum salary equivalent to the initial BPS scale but will not be regularized.

Position Details

HAZECO is recruiting ten (10) SDOs/Assistant Managers (Equivalent to BPS-17). This is a key engineering and management role within the company.

Qualifications

• BE/BS (Electrical Engineering) in Power/Electronics degree with at least 60% marks or 2.5 CGPA from a recognized university of HEC duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Candidate should be capable of operating a computer with emphasis on MS Office etc.
• PEC Registration certificate is essential.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 35 years. General age relaxation is already included.

Quota/Domicile

Open Merit 7.5%, Punjab (including ICT) 50%, Sindh 19%, KPK 11.5%, Balochistan 6%, GB 1%, Ex-FATA 3%, AJK 2%.

Terms & Conditions

• The position is purely on a contract basis for one year (extendable) on lump sum pay, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits, and will not be regularized.
• Candidates will undergo a screening test conducted by ETEA.
• Selected candidates may be required to perform duty anywhere in the area of service of HAZECO.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel after obtaining NOC.
• Dismissed/Screened out employees or those with a criminal record are not eligible.
• Concealment or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification.

How to Apply

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk. Online application forms will be available from May 6, 2025.
2. Create a profile on ETEA's website, print the E-Sahulat token, and get your CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).
3. After successful online submission, print the online deposit slip.
4. Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee via Easy Paisa App/Agent, Jazz Cash App, or any UBL branch via UBL Omni agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp.
6. Do not send any documents/testimonials to ETEA. Provide copies only when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority.
7. The last date for submission of online applications is May 23, 2025.
8. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download Roll No Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
