This is an open merit position for Sales Assistant (BPS-11) at the Directorate Small Industries and Sericulture Balochistan. The role is based in Quetta. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting with sales activities and promoting the products of the small industries and sericulture sector.

Prescribed Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate). Additionally, they need a one-year diploma in Salesmanship from a recognized institution. A minimum of two years of experience in sales or a related field is mandatory to ensure practical understanding of sales processes.

Age and Gender Requirements

The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 28 years. However, age relaxation may be granted as per government rules. This position is open to both male and female candidates.

Domicile and Place of Posting

Applicants must possess a local or domicile certificate of Balochistan and provide an attested copy of their CNIC. The place of posting for this position will be Quetta, Balochistan.

As per the directives of the Government of Balochistan, a 5% quota is reserved for disabled candidates and a 5% quota for female candidates.
