Position Overview: Safety Operators

Fatima Group is hiring Safety Operators for its Pak Arab Fertilizer Plant in Multan. The Safety Operator will be responsible for actively promoting and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the plant to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitoring work activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and permit-to-work systems.
• Responding to emergencies, incidents, and near misses, and participating in investigations.
• Delivering safety briefings, toolbox talks, and basic safety training.
• Maintaining safety records, equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, safety showers), and documentation.
• Promoting a positive safety culture throughout the plant.

This Safety Operators job in Multan, Punjab, is vital for workplace safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• A technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably with certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or local equivalents).
• Experience as a Safety Officer or Operator in an industrial environment, particularly in chemical, fertilizer, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and equipment.
• Good communication and observational skills.
