Relationship Manager SME

About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is looking for highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals in the area of Inclusive Development as Relationship Manager - SME, OG II. The ideal candidate will identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio, develop and execute client acquisition strategies, and promote the Bank's financing products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or International University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Master's degree in business and / or professional certifications such as AIBP, JAIBP will be preferred.
• Age: Maximum 28 years (as on last date of submission of application).
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Assets Sales and / or Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

• To identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.
• To manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
• To regularly review the financial health and performance of clients to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• To analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
• To prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
