Job Overview

Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has announced an opening for the position of Registrar (PEC-21) on a selection or tenure basis. This is a senior leadership role based at PEC HQ in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative acumen, institutional governance expertise, and sound national-level decision-making capability. Candidates must have a strong background in senior administrative leadership and management.

Eligibility Criteria and Experience

Applicants must hold a B.Sc. Engineering degree and be registered with the Council as a 'Professional Engineer', along with required computer literacy. The required experience includes a minimum of 22 years of experience in BPS-17 or equivalent, out of which 05 years should be in an independent managerial position equivalent to BPS-20. Experience in Office Management, dealing with Government Departments, National, Multinational, Public, and Private Sector Organizations is essential. Candidates should also have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
