Position Overview

The Military Lands and Cantonments Departments are seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Regional Assistant Director Education. This appointment is under Rule-9 of the Pakistan Cantonments Servant Rules 1954. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing education policies, programs, and initiatives in Cantt Public Educational Institutes of the Karachi Region.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Assistant Director Education will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

Implement and monitor education policies, programs, and initiatives.
Supervise and support schools and educational / skill development institutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and Community leaders.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve education outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

Education: Master's degree in education or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in education administration, teaching, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of education policies, law, and regulations.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Principals serving in Cantt Public Education System (CPES) on contract fulfilling the pre-requisites are also eligible to apply.
