Job Overview

An opportunity has opened up at Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Head Office Islamabad for a Quantity Surveyor (Civil) on a 1-year contract basis.

Qualification & Experience

امیدوار کے پاس سول میں بی ٹیک یا ڈی اے ای اور بلڈنگ اور انفراسٹرکچر کے بلوں کی جانچ پڑتال میں کم از کم 5 سال کا تجربہ ہونا چاہیے۔

B Tech/DAE in Civil with Minimum 05 Year experience in scrutiny of bills of building & infrastructure of contractors, preparation of estimates of minor/major works on Pak PWD Schedule, preparation & review of BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statement and Rate analysis etc. Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design, CoST-X, Primavera and MS Project or similar QS software and MS Office would be preferred.
