Job Overview

The Balochistan Aviation Company, Quetta, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated aviation professionals for the position of Quality Assurance Manager on a private contract basis in Quetta.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. (Master's degree in Engineering will be considered an added advantage).
• A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality and Safety Management Systems within an aviation organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859.
• Applicant must have following courses: Quality Management System - Lead Auditor, ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) Course, ICAO Dangerous Goods Course, ICAO Training Managers Course, Certified Professional Manager in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or Human Factor Course, Aviation Legislation Course.
