Job Overview

The Balochistan Aviation Company, Quetta, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated aviation professionals for the position of Quality Assurance Manager on a private contract basis. Pay and packages shall be compatible for all posts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. (Master's degree in Engineering will be considered an added advantage).
A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality and Safety Management Systems within an aviation organization.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859.
Applicant must have following courses: Quality Management System - Lead Auditor, ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) Course, ICAO Dangerous Goods Course, ICAO Training Managers Course, Certified Professional Manager in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or Human Factor Course, Aviation Legislation Course.

Terms and Conditions

Selection shall be purely on qualifications and merit.
All qualifications, and certifications must be valid and recognized by PCAA.
Appointments shall be made on a Private contract.
Applicants must submit attested copies of Computerized CNIC, Educational certificates, Recent passport-size photograph, Course certificates, Experience certificates, and Local/Domicile certificate.
Maximum Age limit for all appointments is 54 years of age.
