Job Overview

Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP-II) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager (Water & Sewerage) for an individual consultant position. Join our dynamic team in Karachi to oversee civil, water, and wastewater engineering projects.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Civil Engineering plus a Master's degree in Civil/Water & Wastewater Engineering/Sanitary Engineering/Hydraulic/Construction Management or equivalent from the Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university is required.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience on major civil and mechanical works projects; strong knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts and MDB-funded projects is required.
• Strong technical and engineering skills including planning, design, preparation of specifications and bidding packages, construction supervision, and contract/project management.
• Good appreciation and knowledge of World Bank safeguards policies and practices, procurement guidelines and regulations, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and GIS.
• Membership and/or registration with a recognized professional engineering body is a requirement.
