Job Overview

Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the post of Professor (BPS-21)/TTS. There is 01 post available in the subject of Molecular Biology.

Qualifications and Experience

BPS Requirement: Ph.D in Molecular Biology from HEC recognized University/Institution. 15 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduation Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 10 years Post-Ph.D teaching/research experience. Research Publications: Applicant must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last five years) in HEC recognized journals.
TTS Requirement: Ph.D Degree / Terminal Qualification in Molecular Biology. 11 year Post-Ph.D or minimum of 07 years of Post-Ph.D experience along with at least 12 years of experience prior to Ph.D. 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last five years) in W category (impact factor) journals.
Mandatory Area of Research/Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening and Plant Genetic Modification.

The candidates are required to submit a crossed Bank draft/Pay Order of Rs.5000/- for the Post of Professor drawn in favor of the Director CEMB, Lahore.
