Job Overview

An academic institute based in Islamabad invites applications for a contract-based position of Professor. The institute seeks highly qualified and experienced individuals to contribute to its academic and research programs. This is a senior academic role requiring substantial experience and a strong research profile.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Education: PhD in Intelligence & Security Studies, Security Studies / Strategic Studies / Peace & Conflict Studies / International Relations from an HEC recognized / international university.
• Experience:
  - 15 years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
  OR
  - 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
• Publications: The applicant must have 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.

Other Conditions

• The post is based in Islamabad.
• Pay and allowances will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the applicants.

• No TA/DA will be given for appearing in interviews.
