Job Overview

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur, Sindh, invites applications for teaching positions on a contractual/regular basis. The University seeks qualified candidates for the position of Professor in various fields.

Key Responsibilities

The Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community. Responsibilities also include developing curriculum, participating in departmental activities, and engaging in scholarly activities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Professor position, candidates must meet the following criteria as per the Aror University Sukkur employees (appointment, terms & conditions) of the service statutes, 2024. The fields include:

• Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Gaming & Cyber Security
• Civil Engineering
• Environmental Sciences

Application Process

Applications should include an application form (downloaded from the website https://aror.edu.pk/careers), a detailed resume, two latest photographs, duly attested photocopies of the certificates/degrees, names and contact of two professional referees (not relative). Equivalence of qualification by HEC (in case of Foreign Degree), along with payment of PKR 3000/- for S.No 01 to 04 through Bank Challan /DD (nonrefundable) in favor of the Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage. Application must reach the office of the Director Human Resources on or before April 10, 2025, by 05:00 PM during office hours (COB) via registered postal/courier service only.

Additional Information

Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channels with NOC from their employer and should submit the same along with the application. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria shall be contacted for a Demo/Written Test/Interview at the mailing address. Contributory pension policy will be applicable as per SHEC notification.
