AKES, Pakistan – Education Office, South, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following position.Position: Principal – Sultan Mahomed Shah Aga Khan School, Pre-Primary Section
The principal will be responsible for providing leadership, developing the goals and objectives for the school, and preparing strategies and programs to achieve those goals. S/he will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of education in the institution and ensuring an open and conducive learning environment. The principal will be accountable for the school's leadership and management; teaching and learning; curriculum and resources; parental and community engagement; ethos and environment; and policies, processes, and systems.Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate must hold a master's degree, preferably in Education, as well as a B.Ed./M.Ed., and have a minimum of five years of teaching experience and two years of educational management experience at an institution of good repute. The individual should possess strong communication, classroom management, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, along with proven experience working with parents and the community, is desirable.Application Process
