Job Overview

The Principal/Dean/Professor will provide leadership and direction for the College of Nursing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and promoting research and scholarly activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in nursing education, clinical practice, and administration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Providing overall leadership and management of the College of Nursing.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans and academic programs.
• Ensuring compliance with PNC/HEC regulations and standards.
• Supervising faculty and staff.
• Promoting research and scholarly activities.
• Managing the budget and resources of the College.
• Representing the College at university and community events.

Minimum Qualifications

• MSN, Post RN BSN/BSN with 10 years experience in relevant field of teaching/Clinical Experience.
• PhD in Nursing with 5 years of experience in relevant field of teaching and Clinical experience is desirable.
• Registered with PNC.

Interview Details

Eligible candidates meeting the PNC/HEC criteria may appear before the Selection Committee for interview to be conducted from Monday, April 7th, 2025 to Friday 11th April, 2025, from 10:30am to 01:30pm, during working days. Salary and Other Benefits

Salary package will commensurate with the qualification and experience. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing at campus for the interview.
