Job Overview

Shaheen Academy Miani, a well-reputed Educational Institution situated in Tehsil Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, is inviting applications for the position of Principal. The institution is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to fill this key role. The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, which may be extended based on the candidate's performance. This position is open to eligible male candidates who fulfill the below-mentioned criteria.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess an M.Phill / M.A / M.Sc. degree.
A minimum of three 1st Divisions throughout the academic career is required, and candidates with any 3rd Division will not be eligible.

Experience Required

A minimum of 15 years of experience is required, which should include:

10 years of teaching experience.
5 years of administrative experience in a well-reputed Private / Public Institution or a premier organization of Armed Forces, serving as a Principal or Vice Principal.

For Army Personnel: Candidates should be of Major or Lt. Col. rank, preferably retired from the Army Education Corps.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Principal will be responsible for:

Leading academic and disciplinary excellence within the institution.
Ensuring the effective implementation of institutional policies and academic programs.
Maintaining effective communication with parents, the community, and other stakeholders.
