Eligibility Criteria
Candidates aspiring for the Principal position at Army Public School & College Noor Mahal Campus Bahawalpur must meet the following criteria:- Educational Qualification: An M.Phil or Ph.D. degree is required.
- Professional Qualification: Applicants must have attended a certified professional development course.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role is essential.
- Skills: The role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and proficiency in ICT.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be between 40 and 60 years of age.
