Job Overview

The District Health Officer of Mardan is inviting applications from suitable candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the position of PHC Technician (EPI) (BPS-12). This is a vital role within the public health sector, focused on supporting the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) to ensure widespread vaccination coverage. Preference will be given to candidates with a domicile of District Mardan. A total of 20 positions are available.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this role:

• Education: At least a 2nd Division in Secondary School Certificate (Science) from a recognized board.
• Diploma: A two-year diploma in the relevant Health Technology subject from a recognized medical faculty.
• Registration: Must be registered with the faculty of Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.

Application Process via ETEA

The application process is managed entirely by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Interested candidates must follow these steps:

1. First, visit the ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online. The online application form will be available from 16/06/2025.
2. After creating a profile, candidates must get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) by printing an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website.
3. After successful online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
4. Deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easy Paisa app or agent, Jazz Cash, or via a UBL Bank or UBL OMNI agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp safe. Do not send it or any other documents to the ETEA office.
6. The last date for the submission of the online application is 07/07/2025.
7. Candidates will be informed about the test date, time, and venue via SMS and can download their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website.
