Role Overview

Pharmacists at SICHN are responsible for accurately dispensing prescriptions, managing medication inventory, providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients/families, ensuring medication safety, and participating in clinical pharmacy activities, particularly focusing on pediatric needs.

Contract Details

This role is offered on an initial one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution and valid registration with the relevant Pharmacy Council. Post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred, especially with pediatric exposure.
