Job Responsibilities and Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Group Chief in the secretariat and organizing meetings. Duties include managing secretarial work, liaising between departments, and maintaining files, office notes, and memos. The officer will also analyze portfolios for write-off or waiver cases, conduct financial reviews, and prepare MIS reports related to the assigned portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a minimum graduation or equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC. A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification will be preferred. Applicants need at least 4 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, with a minimum of 2 years in MIS reporting or secretarial work. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required.
