Role: Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely processing of company payroll. This includes managing employee data, calculating wages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and addressing payroll-related queries. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities (General)

• Process payroll for all employees in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Update payroll records by recording changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

Work Shift

The working hours for this position are from 5 PM to 2 AM.
