As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely processing of company payroll. This includes managing employee data, calculating wages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and addressing payroll-related queries. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Key Responsibilities (General)
- Process payroll for all employees in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Update payroll records by recording changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Work Shift
The working hours for this position are from 5 PM to 2 AM.Application Process
