Job Responsibilities
- Confirm orders with customers via call / message
- Provide accurate order details
- Maintain records of confirmed orders
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer / smartphone skills
- Professional attitude & reliability
- Experience in e-commerce (preferred)
