Position Summary

ASSL AIR is seeking a dynamic Operations Control Center Manager (OCC Manager) to oversee flight planning, permits, weather, route navigation, and PCAA regulations. This is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity in aviation.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
License/Certifications: Valid PCAA FOO License, Dangerous Goods, and SMS. Able to operate VHF Company Utility Channel or HF R/T Communication.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in flight planning systems like Jeppesen, RocketRoute PPS, Foreflight and ARINC Direct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant aviation software.
Experience: Total Aviation Operations Experience - 7-10 years in airline/charter operations. OCC/Dispatch Experience of 3-5 years as Senior Flight Dispatch/ OCC Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of flight planning, permits, weather, Route & Navigation and PCAA CARS/ICAO Annexes.
