Job Overview

PPCBL is inviting applications for the position of Officer System Support from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and branches for hardware and software-related issues
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and applications to ensure smooth operations
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations as per IT policies
• Maintain IT asset inventory and prepare reports on system performance and incidents.
