Key Responsibilities

IT Network administration for Primary & DR Site
Assist to design and manage network infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment (Cisco, Fortinet)
Ensure network security using NGFWs, IPS/IDS, and Cisco ISE, identify vulnerabilities and resolve issues
Manage SLAs, vendor coordination, RFP/BOQs, and audit compliance
Maintain IT infrastructure (Head Office/Field Offices)
Ensure & report to the Manager Support for any problems regarding IT infrastructure
